Sticky Proxy Protection

When operating multiple social media channels at scale, routing all network traffic through a single cloud datacenter IP is the most common reason for account verification checkpoints and reach throttling.

1. Dedicated Channel Proxies (Sticky IP)

StackVid enables assigning a dedicated proxy per channel:

• All uploads, Showcase queries, and interactions for Channel A run through Proxy A.
• Channel B runs through Proxy B, providing clean, isolated network fingerprints.

2. Supported Formats

Standard HTTP and HTTPS proxies are fully supported:

• Authenticated (Recommended):

  http://username:password@proxy-host.com:port

• IP Whitelisted:

  http://proxy-host.com:port

3. Proxy Inheritance

When invoking /api/tiktok/upload:

• The proxy configured on the target channel is automatically applied to background upload and publishing workers.
• You do not need to resend the proxy URL in every API request.
